Finca Jabalí

The name ‘Finca Jabalí’ (jabalí means 'boar') refers to one of the favorite animals of the owners. These animals can be spotted in this area and even in this valley, but also in the National Park 'De Hoge Veluwe' in the Netherlands where one of the owners grew up.

Descending the access road, you are entering a different world. An old entrance door leads you to the enclosed property.

A natural stone path leads you to the 'hidden' front door of the house and on the other side to the swimming pool area. 

 

ground floor

The entrance (with a small wardrobe and separate guest toilet) leads you to the living room, with open plan kitchen. On this floor there is also a master bedroom with built in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a fireplace (wood) and double doors to the Naya (covered terrace). Both the living room and master bedroom have airconditioning (hot/cold)

 

The open kitchen is built in finca style, but is fully equipped (cooking area, fridge, freezer, microwave/oven, water cooker, coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher and grill/toaster).

From the kitchen/dining area you have also access  to the naya with big sliding doors.

The naya is L-shaped and has a dining area with BBQ (gas) and a lounge area with a fireplace (gas).

First floor

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00)  built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, (1.40x2.00) built in wardrobe and a private balcony. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds

(0.90 x 2.00) and a built in wardrobe. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. Also there is a separate toilet on this floor. All the bedrooms have airconditioning (hot/cold).

Next to the L-shaped pool and poolbar, there is a big sun terrace, with very nice views and a 'casita' with an extra bathroom and separate toilet. 

Next to the house there is a 'secret' patio with a double daybed to relax in private.
