Not included is the final cleaning, € 200,- per week. This will be paid in cash on arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 500,- will be paid together with the down payment. This amount will be refunded a week after the check-out, in case of no damage.

NOTES

Minimum stay of 7 nights. Shorter periods only on request.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival at 6pm and check-out before 10am.

Pets are not allowed!

Smoking is only permitted outside.

In case you will stay for more than one week, cleen sheets will be provided.

RESERVATION / PAYMENT TERMS / CANCELLATION

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. No refund will take place in case of cancellation. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
